NEW OWNERS. CUSTOMERS BEWARE. This is my formal complaint about the business practices. My experience has been marked by significant issues with a vehicle repair that included 1) Not doing the repairs paid for 2) intentional damage to the vehicle 3) a severe lack of communication, leading to considerable inconvenience and disruption to my schedule 4) aggressive, evasiveness and unethical business practices. No refund of the $4,358 refund they promised in front of the Allen Park police.

I love this place Ali was very helpful very knowledgeable when it came to my truck I finally found a mechanic I can trust if I could give 10 stars I would I recommend this place

Please run run run walk if you have 2 I am letting everyone know not to let this place do work on your vehicle. First time I took it in. It took him a week to put back brakes on second time. I had to take it somewhere else to repair what he did to it, which was a water pump. And a timing belt which he messed up so bad. I'm lucky the motor didn't burn up. Took it to another place, got it fixed immediately. Warning , please do not use this person agreed when I asked him about getting my money back. He would be happy to give it back to me. On a certain day called me that morning. Said nope. I decided not to give it back to you because I was not in the wrong. Last time I left. It took him 3 weeks and then he didn't even do water pump. Right, save your money, save the headache. Don't use this guy. I'm turning them into the better BBB. And I'm calling the state licensing bureau against save. Headache do not use this person or this business
