VIP Tires & Service

I had a brake light and headlight out so went to VIP to see if they could take care of it. It was late in the day so they didn't have anyone available. I went next door to O'Reilly Auto Parts and bought the bulbs (2 brake lights, 2 headlights) and asked if they would put them in for me. They were able to put in the brake lights and passenger headlight but the driver's headlight didn't have enough room for them to get at it. They said either the headlight assembly would have to come out or the fuse box would have to be dropped so I'd have to find somewhere else to get that done. $$$ UGH $$$ I went back into VIP to make an appointment to have that done. Normally they don't install parts you bring in but since I started there and O'Reilly wasn't able to help me 100%, they made an exception for the one bulb. They looked up the job and determined that it "shouldn't" take more than 15-20 min, but you never know with these things. I asked them to let me know if it was going to be long and exp

Always good prices and no cap on how much I can use my Veterans discount like some larger retailers have started doing since COVID. Disclaimer this is not meant as a complaint or a gripe no business needs to give a Veterans discount and any who do is truly a blessing. I'm simply pointing out that they go above and beyond others in their support for our military weather past or present.

From the initial tire quote, through scheduling and installation, Dennis was extremely helpful and provided great service! He explained the tire+ program clearly and thoroughly, and let us know that in the time between receiving our original quote and the installation date the tires we selected had gone on sale! Saving $ was a great surprise.
