I cannot rave about Moody's enough! My car had been scratched while parked and the experience getting that issue resolved with Moody's was stress-free, easy, and required very little on my end. The front desk folks are warm, welcoming, efficient, and clear. Throughout the whole process communication was exceptional, with frequent updates and easy-to-reach people. I felt very informed and well taken care of–they arranged a rental car for me while the work was being done and really, the whole experience was seamless. My experience with Moody's Collision was absolutely a wonderful experience. They care for every detail, from setting the appointment, to securing the rental car for you. They check in with you during the repair process . The workmanship is amazing - looks like a brand new car when they are finished. Katie and Lee helped me every step of the way. They truly go above and beyond in their customer service.
