I have been using Duval’s for years, always reliable and honest, they talk about the repairs before they are done and will give you a heads up on anything that will need attention in the near future. Not once have I ever doubted the quality and reliability of the services I have received from them! The efficiency of the services is also top notch! I own a 2004 Silverado with almost 300,000 miles and I owe it to them for keeping the old girl on the road and reliable. Not only do they work on my personal vehicles but I have also sent my company vehicles to them for services that are outside the realm of possibility in my own shop. If you want to be taken care of like family I insist you give them a shot, you will quickly learn that they are far above most!! Five stars from me!! Overall I had poor service at Duval's which I feel could have been mitigated with significantly better communication, honesty, and responsibility of action or in my case inaction. I think a lot of the issues that I experienced could have been resolved if they had just kept me updated and were more open about the situation that was occurring. I was in the dark the whole time constantly calling trying to figure out what was going on. All said and done I can't help but feel a little taken advantage of but I do appreciate the new owner for reaching out and showing empathy and respect for the unfortunate situation that occurred. I believe this review is a fair one, but am open to more dialogue if you'd like.
