When I moved to Westbrook a few yrs ago did not know the area at all so me and my kids decided to use VIP in Westbrook and glad we did. We have always been treated well and they staff are great. I moved back to the Lisbon are and still come back down here when needed. My daughter moved back to Auburn and still comes back down to Westbrook to get her car serviced. Went in with nail in tire, was given many different options of new tires and guided to the ones that best fit my vehicle. Eric Rubino and Rick Lyon were two great customer service team members. I was very happy with the service and made an appointment to have 4 new tires put on 7/31/23.
