Went in with nail in tire, was given many different options of new tires and guided to the ones that best fit my vehicle. Eric Rubino and Rick Lyon were two great customer service team members. I was very happy with the service and made an appointment to have 4 new tires put on 7/31/23.

I had a loose part on the undercarriage of my vehicle. VIP got me in quickly for an appointment. Brennon did the maintenance on the vehicle and provided an excellent and affordable fix along with good feedback. Desiree helped me on the phone and with the options moving forward with my car.
