Ted is the best. Goes over everything with you and doesn't treat you like you're an idiot. Super great guy who really knows what he's doing!
Ted's on-man shop is impressive, clean, and efficient. I've been a customer for three years already and continue to go back. He's even got comfortable waiting room with higher speed internet than my own office. You can tell he's a mechanic with a true passion for the cars he chooses to service. Ask him about his first career and you'll begin to understand why this is such a special shop.
Ted the owner is a great wrench. I wouldn't take my A6 anywhere else.
