NAPA Auto Parts

For this interaction I spoke to an associate on the phone who tried to help me to save time and money, by suggesting that I not buy anything, because in his opinion (prior to knowing my application or situation), "You don't really need those..." He really was just trying to be helpful and appear knowledgeable, but in fact I did NEED the parts I was looking for. Yes; that's why I called the parts store. That's why the manufacturers make the part's, and why you had a big catalog to verify fitment and application of said parts. I have been working on cars longer than this kid has been alive. Some of the NAPA employees need to remember that they sell to the mechanics, the farmers, the truckers, the blue collar workers who keep this world tickin'.

I came in with a problem late on a Saturday afternoon. They helped me figure out what I needed and even helped me figure out how to do it. I appreciated the thoughtful service. I wish I had remembered to get their names -- I'd give them a shout-out here.
