Horrible color match! Not even close. So instead of finding the matching paint, they decided to expand the job from one small dent on the passenger side door, to just painting the entire side in a color many shades darker than the rest of the car, then tried to pass it off as acceptable. I am tired and older and female. I didn't stand a chance. Paid the bill and left. Not happy.This is not right! Also, finish around the door edges is like sandpaper. The work looks great. Tom was great, my disappointment is that I was told that Maaco had a deal with Hertz. Supposedly I would pay $30 a day. Well it went beyond what they told me so it ended up being five days and I was told that if I left it at Macco over the weekend that they would to pick it up on Monday and I wouldn't be charged. Well, I was charged a lot of money for $30 a day for five days. So if you help me get my money back, I'd be happy to give you 5 stars

We went to Macao to have work done after an accident on our daughter’s vehicle. Ashley was incredible to work with! He helped us fix the car quickly so that it was safe to drive until the rest of the cosmetic damage could get repaired. They got all work done on time or ahead of time and within the quoted budget, even with a minor unexpected issue that arose separate from the original issue. We were extremely pleased with the entire experience! Everything from the quality of work to the excellent customer service we received at every step of the process was 5 star!
