We are from out of town and stopped at this shop to help with our brakes. They unfortunately were unable to fix the car themselves due to their holiday schedule but made sure they helped us find someone who could before they sent us on our way! Great customer service!
I had a decent experience with Cumberland Avenue Garage. The only con was a miscommunication, as they quoted ~$115 for an important repair, revised it to ~$450 for that repair and an additional one, then said the additional repair wasn't needed, and the final bill came to ~$225. I called and they explained the charges to me (a person who was out also gave me a call to ask if the issue had been resolved). I appreciated their willingness to discuss the situation and that they did not do the additional repair after determining that it was not needed.
Very pleasant and helpful staff. Garage helped quickly and efficiently when we encountered an unexpected problem with our car.
