Cumberland Avenue Garage

Switched to this garage after some negative interactions with my former go to place. Now I understand why everyone in town recommends Cumberland Ave Garage, including pretty much every tow truck driver I’ve met. Thorough, communicative, fairly priced, and they treat their customers like human beings. Definitely my new shop to recommend to others.

This morning I got to my car in the pouring rain, only to find a tire completely dead. I was able to get to Cumberland Ave, where they were willing to pause their full day of work to jack up the car and put the donut on. A small thing, but really saved me a lot of trouble in a pinch, and got me to work. Good people. Service: Auto tire replacement

I had a decent experience with Cumberland Avenue Garage. The only con was a miscommunication, as they quoted ~$115 for an important repair, revised it to ~$450 for that repair and an additional one, then said the additional repair wasn't needed, and the final bill came to ~$225. I called and they explained the charges to me (a person who was out also gave me a call to ask if the issue had been resolved). I appreciated their willingness to discuss the situation and that they did not do the additional repair after determining that it was not needed.
