Chip's Service Center

Portland Service Center has truly exceptional service! I have an older Subaru, so I always expect that I will have to replace my engine or some other really expensive repair. The folks at PSS never take advantage of my ignorance (I know NOTHING about cars). It’s really great to know that they are concerned about my safety and getting back on the road rather than my pocket book. I refer everyone I know to these guys!! Highly recommended :-)

I have been bringing my car to Portland Service Center for years now. I trust this crew with my car needs, which I never thought I'd be able to say that about a service center. I have brought my car into the shop (one more than one occassion) and Kyle has actually called me to let me know that certain issues would be warranty work so that I could call a local dealer instead. I am amazed every time! What dealership turns down guaranteed work because it's in YOUR best interest? The best ones, that's who! They are friendly, quick, and there are no surprises on your bill! If the team finds something wrong with your vehicle other than what you expected, they will always call you to consult first. I will continue bringing my car here because they have shown me time and time again that they are a trustworthy, hard working, talented group of people. What more could you ask for? I highly recommend the Portland Service Center.

I've been bringing my Subarus to Portland Service Center (aka Chip's) for many, many years now, and have always received prompt, friendly, and very reasonably priced service on my cars. I also like that they give me a heads-up on what is probably coming down the road repair-wise. I recommend them without hesitation, and credit them with keeping my last Subaru running well until it reached the age of 20!
