My car wouldn’t pass inspection due to a dashboard issue. I called for assistance and they said they’d get back to me. After a week, I called them back asking why I didn’t hear from them. After some back and forth, I was told to go elsewhere because “they didn’t want to disappoint me again” as I was too concerned as to why they didn’t call me back after a week. So disheartening as this place was fantastic in all that they do. True definition of being able to pick their work and not care a customer really needed their help.
