Unprofessional and quick to judge people and quick to kick people out over stupid things will never go back and hope the manager gets fired
The service people, including our advisor Steven Jones, have been very nice. But I had been waiting for a part for a couple months. I had spoken to at least for different people and left a couple messages inquiring if the part came in, never receiving a call back. Finally, someone sent my call to the parts department and I learned they had it for a MONTH already. So I scheduled installation three days later, did without the vehicle for much of the day, and it wasn't exactly the right part... It didn't fit! So now I need to do this again. The one positive was Bill and the complimentary shuttle service. My dad went into a nearby hospital that day and Bill took me and my wife to the hospital that afternoon and picked us up a couple hours later.
