Absolutely bad experience here unfortunately. There was absolute no communication from the shop. I had to reach out myself every single time. Repair of car was also delayed for over 2 weeks due to various reasons including person is out sick, Matt is out of the office, parts were not ordered, etc etc. Felt like a run around at one point. A shame because you are paying a premium to have to done at a certified shop. Icing on the cake was when delivered I noticed an immediate error in the repair. Will not come here again.

I made an appointment here for my Mini because I was told they would give me an estimate on the spot. After looking over the car, technician Matt promised me he’d have the estimate to me by the end of the day. I waited a week and a half to hear from him despite calling. The estimate was also insanely high. I asked how long the work would take, and Matt never got back to me. Very disappointing.

Couldn’t even get an appointment set up to drop of my AMG. Talked to 3 employees and they were all rude and argumentative. Don’t deal with this people if unless you want to be disrespected.
