Are they on vacation this week? August 21-26. I called all day yesterday and this morning and no one is picking up!! I wanted to try their services
First off, I have been taking my Mercedes Benz to the Auto Shoppe for over 10 years now. The owner Randy and his son are knowledgeable and honest. The prices cannot be beat and for the most part .. all parts are OEM, dealer parts. Keep in mind this shop only works on Mercedes Benz. I will be upgrading to a newer Benz later and knowing I have this shop instead of the dealer gives me peace of mind. This shop truly deserves more recognition!
Love the customer service and fast service. Very friendly and professional. I drive from Laurel, Maryland.Brought a newer Mercedes Benz for service and I had to bring it back for corrections. Not good for newer Mercedes. I now go to White Oak Mercedes. The owner there is very honest and he’s not going to try to take advantage of you.
