SCAM! Stay away from this body shop. They steal car pieces off your car. My car was totally fine when I bought it in besides the cosmetic bumper damage. When I picked it up I my brakes and acceleration didn’t work. I took it to my mechanic shortly after and he said my parts were old and rusty! So they switched my pieces out! My mechanic just did a through inspection prior to taking it to this body shop. I didn’t pay attention to the negative reviews initially, but once I did, I saw that it was eerily similar to what I experienced. Please do yourself a favor, and click on the one star reviews, and you will get the real reviews. I wish I would have saw that before taking my car into this shop. I’m going to the news station, I have a lawyer and I’m on a mission to expose them. Stay away you’ve been warned! I was rear ended at a Red light on July 31, 2023. Had a damaged rear bumper and a broken clip on my car. I chose Prestige Auto Body in Silver spring, MD. I saw they had some very good reviews on here so I thought to give them a go. I am so happy I did. I took the car to them for an estimate and I agreed with their estimate about rear bumper replacement. They told me they wouldn't be able to tell if any more damage was caused until they get the bumper off. Once I told them to go ahead with the repair the new bumper was ordered right away. They had my car for a total of four days while I had a rental from Enterprise. They sent me texts when they were working on the car and an estimate when it would be finished. Got my car back on a Saturday before noon. They told me that there was more damage behind the rear bumper and that was repaired as well. My car was detailed and washed very well. They even vacuumed the inside. I was very happy with the way my car looked when I picked

Kind good people, great customer service, reasonable pricing. Efficient. They did a awesome job on my 2006 Mercedes E350. Looked brand new. Thank you Alex and Wen! Will recommend anyone to go this shop.
