I have a 2001 Volkswagen Beetle that has been a pain in my butt since I purchased it. I purchased it make me feel better since I am a Wounded Warrior. I took it to two shops that would replace parts and the car would still cut off or the engine light would come on. One of the auto shops told me that the car needs a new computer. I put a lot of my extra money I save monthly in the car. I took it to PAN AMERICAN MOTORS. They was professional and the place was clean. I can actually say it was spotless. The guy took my car and stated he would call me. He called me two days later and told me that I need to come back and pick up the car or replace the mass air sensor. I told him I just replaced it two weeks ago at another auto shop. He stated that it was a Boush and not a Volkswagen part. He placed it on and the light did not come back on for now. I am very grateful for their excellent work and professionalism. Please go there for a specialized technician to speak to you about your car. Stop

DO NOT BRING YOUR CAR HERE! My husbands work van was having an issue starting so we brought it here for them to look at the previous week. They had it for two days and said it was the alternator and fixed it and it was good to go. So we take it, and it was NOT fine. It kept doing the same thing so we brought it back in, being told everything was under warranty and that we wouldn’t be charged more for their mistake. We waited for 3 days, without any updates (all while trying to get an update from them) to get the van back - the whole time my husband or I are Ubering to work because we’re sharing one car. They used every excuse under the sun as to why it hadn’t even been looked at, my favorite was “we haven’t looked at it because it’s raining and we have to look at it outside...” while they have a full indoor garage. We finally get a call back yesterday at 5:30p (after calling for three days straight with either no answer to the phone or because we couldn’t get a straight answer) saying
