Where shall I start?? Not only are these guys super friendly & professional, they made me feel safe and comfortable after a terrible accident and COMMUNICATED with me every step of the way. They fixed up my car on a timely fashion even tho I have nothing good to say about my insurance, I have everything positive to say about Millis Garage!!! After reading the glowing reviews about Millis, I made an appointment to drop off my car to check a noise I was hearing from the rear of the car. Five hours later Milli calls to tell me that his inspection is complete and rattled off a bunch of items that need to be changed at a cost of over $1,700. I told him I'll stop by in an hour. He told me the normal inspection fee is $95 but I'll have to pay $110 because they had to remove some parts?!? I get to the shop at 3:00pm and he is not there. One of his people calls him on the phone and hands me the phone and I asked if he was coming back to the shop and he said no, I am home having lunch. I asked him if he could explain why he needed to replace so many of the suspension system parts (shock obsorbers, springs, control arms, stablizer bar link) at a cost of $1,700 to fix this one noise and he again says I'm having lunch and that I should look at the written estimate! WOW! He wants me to pay him $1,700 for repairs but doesn't want
