The customer service at Far East Motors was fantastic. Everyone was very friendly and communication was excellent throughout the process. We had extensive work performed on our car which was done to a very high standard and the price was excellent. We will definitely use Far East Motors again in the future and would recommend them to anyone looking for maintenance and repair services. I’ve brought both of my vehicles to this shop around 3 times over the last year. Customer service is normally good here. I had them do some work on my Camry prior to this last time and all seemed well until later I had an issue with my lights (not sure if it was related so I didn’t go back there to have it fixed). I did notice my splash guard fell back down after they repaired it. I went back to have them fix the splash guard, get an oil change and tire rotation. This was the “appointment no one wants to experience”. This was what I experienced: 1. I got their at my early appointment time and did not get my car for that minor work until 4hrs later. 2. My tires were supposed to be rotated, they found a nail in one of the tires, yet got 3 different responses to where is the nail now and how they were rotated. 3. Drove off and after a half a mile, my engine light came on. Went back to them and was asked “where they on when you bought the car in?” I replied, now you know if it was on

I unfortunately ran over a piece of metal and got a flat on a Saturday morning. Far East Motors got me in and had me fixed up the same day. I’m very grateful for their help! Their customer service is great! Service: Tires
