I am Wilson, My mother, son and his mother are long time customers of this "Rip Off" repair shop. The proprietor is a liar. "Three times" I assisted my mother returning an older model Chevrolet Malibu with relative low mile to this repair shop reporting the vehicle over heating, "Three times" the proprietor claims to have resolved the problem on the "Fourth visit" the proprietor reported that he replaced the catalytic converter along with he personally drove the car to lunch and it did not over heat. I presumed he drove the car to Dunkin' Donuts which is located right next door. The repair bill $600 plus dollars. While driving the vehicle back to mother's the vehicle over heated. Returned the vehicle back to the shop which was closed. Proprietor diagnosis replacing right head and gaskets estimated cost $600 plus dollars. I made the executive decision over ruling my Mother's to seek another repair place. Located Mo's off of Central Ave, estimated repair $245.00 repairing problem along
I got an estimate from the dealer to replace brakes on my 2007 Honda Civic. They quoted me $600. Central Auto did it in about an hour for $125. I take both of my cars there and the business truck.
I, 100% recommend Central Auto Care. I was recommended by my cousin’s wife for his work and wow. From start to finish he was excellent. I had some issues with my second vehicle passing the emission test, I consulted with him on how to fix the issue. He gave me recommendations on where to get the parts which I did and made an appointment for the parts to be replaced and repair. Robert took me on time and was pleasant to speak with my entire journey with him. He always kept me informed and did exactly what he said he would do and bonus for me when I came back to the auto shop to pick up my vehicle I notice he cleaned the inside of my car! I am truly impressed. Robert has a passion for helping others, & being very factful with my urgent need to pass the emission test.
