I called this auto shop location to learn how I should go about getting a MD State Inspection. They said to drop my car off early & leave it for the day. They said they didn’t do appointments because people often did not show up. I bring my car to the shop on a Wednesday morning & one of the mechanics told me I had to come back on a Monday or Tuesday at 8a. I’m irritated because nobody told me that on the phone & it’s pretty inconvenient to schedule your entire day around this service. Anyway, I get over it and return the following Tuesday at 8a. They tell me they’re booked up and I can come back next Monday or Tuesday. At this I’ confused about how they’re booked when they just opened and they don’t take appointments as well as the employees level of indifference. I tell them this is the second time I’ve come here, and the second time they’ve been booked at the start of the day.
