I am beyond impressed with the work that Rich and team did! I was referred to them by my sister who was given their information from my mechanic (Town and Country Eldersburg). Rich picked up my car from my home on Sunday and had the work done by Tuesday. Not only did they do the body work but they detailed and cleaned my car. It looks like the day I drove it off the lot at the dealership! I had a mess with paying him for the work because of insurance issues, but Rich was super patient and still dropped off my car at T&C to do regular maintenance. Nobody wants to go to an autobody shop but I am so thankful the insurance company sent me here. The two owners could not be more kind and nice!!! So refreshing! They promised my car would be fixed within days and they delivered. They even gave me a ride to the rental car place when they failed to pick me up!
