Serkan and his team are the best. Very affordable, competitive prices and high quality service. The appointment process is very easy, best to call ahead or just walk in, they took care of my car within the same day, with major parts replaced. I can't emphasize enough on Serkan and his staff's professionalism and customer oriented service. I took many times my toyota car to the actual Rockville toyota dealer, not only their quotation price was just about double of PQ Automotive's, the toyota dealer failed to identify the problem (even though they had toyota specialized mechanics) However, Serkan and his team came to rescue on my engine, with a new gasket kit at a very affordable price, and solved the issue. They work on all models of cars both imported and made in US.
