Perfect Auto Repair and Tires (Old Parklawn Auto Clinic)

I called at 8am to get my car in for a battery repair/replacement. They were able to get me in that same day at 10:30am on a Saturday. They were polite, professional, and gave me a very exact time for when my car would have the battery replaced and finished by. Definitely a fair price for such a quick turnaround, and great service. Will DEFINITELY be coming here for any other auto care needs. Service: Battery

I pulled into Rockville for gas on a longer trip, and suddenly saw smoke coming from the hood and a strong burnt-rubber smell. A quick Google search led me to Perfect Auto, and it could not have been smoother. We arrived after 3.30, but they got us diagnosed immediately (master cylinder failure) and stayed beyond closing to finish the repair. Meanwhile, during the long stretch in the waiting room, I had my two autistic children to work with -- and this is where Perfect Auto really stood out. They were made to feel welcome as they wandered around and engaged people in conversation, whether going to look at the car or hanging out in the office. As a special-needs parent, it is a rarity to be able to relax a bit, and the staff at Perfect made this a pleasant stop rather than a chore. Also, the car is now running beautifully!
