NTB-National Tire & Battery

Came in to get just my tires changed but had to unexpectedly pay for other parts on my car to be repaired resulting in an extremely high bill. I wanted to pay with a payment plan that was advertised in the store however, the lady at the front desk was seemingly in a rush and acted as if she was just ready to clock out and stated I couldn't do the payment plan. Not only that she seemed to be rushing with other customers as well. The labor charge is way to high and the quality of customer service could be improved.

NTB Rockville is a great location for service. They are efficient and friendly and do good work. Donnie is knowledgeable and works very well with customers to ensure a great experience.

I had an appointment at 9:00 am on 9/15/2023 for the oil change, which I made serveral days ago. I arrived at 8:50 am. It took 20 minutes to registered. During the register, the consutlant told me they don't have a filter. I gave up to do the oil change.
