The receptionist and mechanic were wonderful! They immediately identified my needs and communicated the information to me. They replaced my muffler and battery in a timely manner. I will entrust them with my needs in the future. Thank you so much!!

Worst Meineke I’ve been to. Called at 12pm to be told we have to be there at 2:00, then 1:30, to 1:00. Get there manager suggested i cancelled my appointment because of an irrelevant things . I’ve even called another shop to check on the answer they gave me. And wasn’t true ! They also didn’t do the inspection which you supposed to do ! She ask the person i came with as if they had a say so. They aren’t the car owner. Very unprofessional especially when it’s a franchise. Finished my car and left right out as if they was in a hurry..they seem to be family. Very unprofessional. I was supposed to come back today (Tuesday) to finish the inspection. But after thinking and seeing . I don’t recommend no one to go. Sad ! And she was a manager Service: Wheel alignment

Excellent! The multi-point inspection includes photos. I am quite impressed about that. Thank you for the awesome work! The service advisors are very patient with my questions too. The coupons make their price very competitive as well. Very happy!
