My wife and I had a great experience with Jacob's Autorama. We were recommended there by a friend, and it turned out to be a great recommendation. Jacob was a pleasure to do business with - communicative, honest, prompt, polite, and extremely knowledgeable. He checked with us first before doing any procedures. My 2010 Nissan Maxima was in need of a new motor due to a blown head gasket . I purchased the replacement engine myself and unfortunately a lot of shops refused to take on the job with a customer supplied part of this magnitude. But not Jacob! He not only let me use my supplied part, but also offered a warranty for the labor. Once my motor was shipped to his shop I had my vehicle towed to the shop and they completed the engine swap in only 2 days! Most shops would take at least a week plus for such a job so I was surprisingly impressed. He also took care of some minor tasks such as installing my wheel spacers and reinstalling my hanging side-skirts for free. The price for the engine swap was also very fair!
