Imperial Auto Body was a pleasure to work with. I got a quick appointment for an estimate and for the repair work. It was completed on time and the repair was perfect. Everyone I dealt with was friendly, courteous and helpful. Being a new resident of Maryland, they put my new license plates on for me as a courtesy when I picked up my car. My Mazda CX-5 2022 had a minor accident, and luckily, I found this shop which is among the very few "Mazda Certified Collision Auto Shops". They very well communicated my preferences with my insurance (genuine, new parts), and all impacted parts were replaced with new, genuine (OEM). It took just 20 days (from the time I took the car to the collection day), and exactly what was told on day one. It helped me a lot with planning my rental car arrangements. Quality of work (painting, adjustment) was excellent.
