When I brought my 2001 Xterra in, I was fairly certain it had come to the end of its life. Not only did Sam not flinch at the age of the vehicle (like I’ve gotten from some other shops) he did an extremely detailed evaluation of the vehicle and called me later that day to let me know his prognosis. As it turned out, repairs I had recently done elsewhere had either not been done or would completed very poorly and the problem was not claustrophobic. Sam even reassured me with routine maintenance I should be able to get several more years out of my vehicle. Everyone on his team is knowledgeable, friendly, and demonstrate they value their customers and do quality work. I also appreciate that they make every effort to get your vehicle back to you the same day by not taking in more work than they can complete. While I hope I don’t have a reason to return soon - when I do need vehicle work done in the future, this is the only shop I will be going to.

What a pleasure to have found someone to do service on my Benz at a significantly lower cost that the dealer - where we never take cars after warranty. Sam is incredibly knowledgeable, runs a well equipped, CLEAN shop, and will offer detailed explanations/options if needed. A++

Satisfied with a job it was redone here. Had to pay more instead taking my car back to the shop where I had a bad experience. I recommend this shop.
