I took my Mercedes Sprinter Van there for the first time after reading everyone else's reviews. Perfect experience for me. Attractive pricing. Very capable, friendly and thoughtful staff. Locked up the van in their garage overnight after I told them there were some valuables inside. They even washed the Sprinter when they were finished, too! (it ain't easy to wash those vans). Last week Excluservice - European Automotive Repair completed some scheduled maintenance on my 2009 BMW M3. The changed the spark plugs on the, service the brake fluid, and replaced the support rods for the cars hood. Overall, I found their prices to be fair. The service for the spark plug replacement was $200 less than BMW of Rockville. Additionally, they provided me with a loaner car while they kept mine over night. When I received my car, they had washed the car and reviewed all the completed work with me. Service: Auto maintenance
