I had a great experience. John and the team were amazing. It’s the second time we use this shop for dent repairs through Progressive. They took care of everything, including arranging a rental car for me. The communication from the shop and the insurance was great throughout the entire process, making it stress-free and enjoyable. They did a great job repairing my car, and even took on an additional task of fixing the tailgate door handle at a reasonable price. I was in a really bad spot with my window, more like an emergency because my window was not rolling up at all. Took my car to the dealership and of course the price was outrageous and was going to take about 5 business days to fix And I didn’t have that amount to wait nor that amount of money. I then did some research and found CRG. I was greeted by the staff who are extremely nice and then my technician John assisted me. He was very Thorough with the pricing, parts, and how long it can take about fixing it. Moral of the story John was able to save me 400 dollars and cut my time in half and had my window fixed within 2 days. Great service. Definitely recommend
