They were so kind in recognizing my time constraints and quickly focused addressing my issue. And then, they didn’t even charge me for the patch!!! This would have never happened at any regular chain tire shops. Thanks Charles Auto! You’ve created a sunny spot in my otherwise dreary rainy day.

Great experience and great service. I had a nail stuck to one of my tires and went in for a fix. They were able to schedule me on the same day and Pat was very helpful with several questions I had. My tire was completely deflated before I was able to get to the shop and I appreciated them being on the phone and trying to help me out with my situation. They fixed my tires quickly- within 30 minutes. They will definitely be my first choice for future auto repair needs and check and would 100% recommend them to others as well. Service: Tires
