I like to take the opportunity to say thank you Angela and William for your customer service. I stopped by the shop a day prior to my appointment date, and William walked me through everything that will be done to my car from the beginning to the end. Angela also walked me through the process as she marked my car with the scratch marks and the repairs. She made sure I had car service ready to pick up my car rental. They delivered on the work in getting back my car to brand new. Thank you both.

Everything was seamless from beginning to end, which was a relief given the circumstances. They advocated for me when additional work was needed, kept me updated of the progress and estimated completion dates, and their work was impeccable!
