What a fantastic experience. I'm so impressed with my service advisor, Dez. He kept me updated on the progress of the repairs in real time. The estimated time to repair my auto was 4 weeks. It was ready in 2 weeks. Service: Body & Trim
The customer service person was courteous. But my car was held hostage after telling me it was good to pick up. They demanded 1000$ for parts for a totalled car from insurance, then kept the parts. When I got my car back they had backed into the quarter panel and damaged my car even more. The window was also left open with rain andeaves all in the driver's seat, during the month it was held.
Great team of professionals who cared about the quality of work being performed! They did a fantastic job and I highly recommend their services! Service: Painting
