I’m always happy every time come here. Jeremy is not only a skilled mechanic but also kind and nice! The other auto repair messed up my car and Jeremy saved it. He’s literally my savior.

Bait and switch. Had estimate, they agreed to honor. When went to pick-up car the bill was 50% higher than estimate and i was never called to authorize the added costs. After complaining they reduced to 30% over estimate. Additionally, Work was not performed as requested. Service: Exhaust

Took my car in to have the alternator replaced. First thing I noticed when I picked up the car was that there was oil and dirt all over the driver side of the car. They did not put paper down on the carpet so the carpet is ruined and the car smells of oil and gas. Secondly, before I even drove out of the parking lot I noticed my check engine light was on, which it was not when I brought it in and had to make them aware of it because they did not notice when driving the car around. After fixing the issue with the check engine light I again attempted to drive the car home and got maybe a half mile down the road and realized I was having trouble accelerating and the car was making a horrible noise. So I turned around and brought it back after waiting another 30 minutes I was able to finally drive home only to discover that they did not secure one of the plastic panels under the car and now have to go back. Something that should have been relatively simple has turned into a nightmare. Serv
