I recently took my vehicle for repair and they did an excellent job in finding the issue which some other mechanic shops could not identify. They are very experienced in fixing BMW vehicles. Also I was very impressed by their honesty. I will take my car to them from now on.

Omega Auto Werks did a phenomenal job with my engine replacement. They took my car in and got it back to me in less than a week! Worked with my warranty to company to get a brand new engine and a rental car!!! Service was exceptional I was never in the dark about what was going on with my car and they went above and beyond expectations. THERE'S NOT! ENOUGH STARS TO RATE THESE GUYS/LADIES!!! I have been with Omega Auto Werks for years (2015). I have never been so appreciative of the service and the staff. They work together as a team. They are very reliable, dependable and knowledgeable and will teach you how important it is to not take short cuts. All the staff has manners and are very respectable. They aim to please and I always leave with Customer Satisfaction. There's one employee I would like to send a shout out to (DJ) he has provided me, one on one education of some repair work and has saved me money while my vehicle is still drivable and running smoothly as he stated it would. Thank you DJ and Julio's family that insures me each visit that I am well taken care of while feeling just like I'm apart of their team. Blessings to you all.
