Will definitely be returning to this location ! All 3 managers provided me with excellent service which is highly appreciated. Kelly made sure my tire pressure was fixed and also let me know that i needed new tires. When I went in store both managers up front Donecia and Felieca made sure I was taken care with brand NEW tires. The mechanics were great and got me out of here in a timely manner ! 5 star service everytime thank you NTB

10/10 will rip you off. Came in for four new tires and an alignment and my car still pulls to the left. After calling back every day for a week trying to get this looked into, everyday I get a different reason why they can't do it. Finally got it checked at a different mechanic and found it to be incorrect. There's a 100 bucks I'll never get back. Also you can forget about a quick service, they'll give you tons of excuses why they can't do your service at the scheduled time

I had a really great experience here thanks to Felicia and Kellie. They were both super helpful and had really great customer service. They went the extra mile to make sure that I got in and out as quickly as possible and I really appreciate that especially because it was the end of the day
