Although they get the job done, overall bad customer service. Left my car there Tuesday morning for a 9 Hour job, got it back Saturday! They work slowly. After i dropped my car off I had to call up there for updates after he said he’ll call when they deliver the parts the same day or next. Sometimes doesn’t answer the phone I had to go up there Friday and told the Front desk worker I tried calling I just needed an update. He then responds I have 1 mouth and 5 lines and points to the screen to tell me there still working.

JK Auto Care is the only mechanic I will take my car to. They are extremely thorough, friendly, and I never feel that they try to upsell me on anything. They are THE BEST. Service: General repairs & maintenance
