German Service Center

Don't understand why I've taken so long to write this review for German Service Center (GSC). I have been using GSC going on 6 or 7 years and all I have to say is 'Honesty" should be their one and only motto. There have been several occasions where they could have performed additional services on my vehicle but were honest enough to point what could wait. They are a breath of fresh air and can be trusted. The repair facility is well kept and tidy; technicians' appearances are professional; they will explain all the details of the repair (if you want); they treat everyone as if they were VIP's regardless of the value of your Mercedes. Lastly, I always get my vehicle cleaner than when I dropped it off. Maybe they are trying to tell me something :)

The staff and the service provided are always professional and efficient. I took my older Mercedes to the dealership that I purchased it and they were never able to correct my issue after 3 tries.
