G & M Automotive - Kingsville

If you're looking for an auto repair business that is honest, reliable, and family-owned, I 110% recommend G&M. I've always been weary of auto shops/dealers, but I was referred here by another business that I trust very much (because I had a steering issue they weren't able to address at their shop). G&M was quick to address my concerns, went above and beyond what I expected, priced everything very fairly, and had great communication the whole way. I can tell they genuinely care about their customers. This review is so long because I have a ton of good things to say about them, so I'll spare you some time and just end it with this statement.. If you're searching for a repair place and are worried about getting taken advantage of, etc. - give these guys a chance because they'll earn your business, and you won't regret it.

My Mom had been told she needed almost 2k in repairs at Preston Ford, she panicked and went to G & M and was treated fairly and with compassion and honesty. Writing on behalf of my boyfriend since he does not have google account - We made an appointment for Monday but they didn't check our car until Friday. What was the point of making the appointment? I could have been used my car Monday-Thursday. Spoke to Melissa and was told they are sorry and they are busy. Like what?? I understand businesses are busy hence why we made the appointment for when they are available but I guess it doesnt work that way here. Employees are so rude here too.
