What a pleasure to find an auto body shop that keeps you up to date on: • Interactions with the insurance carrier covering the claim. • When your vehicle will be ready for pick-up. • Notifies you of any delays in meeting the estimated return of your vehicle, in advance. Not to mention that the repair work is performed correctly the first time. While I hope we do not need body repair work again, if we do, I’m going to return to Ray's Body Works, Inc., in Joppa.
Excellent from start to finish. Expert quality workmanship from the body and paint techs. Pleasant and easy scheduling and communication from the owner and manager. They stand by their work. Highly recommend this place of business.
