This may be the most helpful customer service I have received, ever!! I called looking for an Aluminum Body repair, while they may not do Aluminum Body, this shop went the extra mile. Said they would call around, find me someone and call me back. They did exactly that. You don't find people who go above an beyond very often, but this shop did. They have gained me as a future customer just for the kindness. Thank you!

Stopped in realizing I was at the wrong location; despite this, Joe assisted me. After sharing I was quoted a different price elsewhere and would be moving forward with them he became a little nasty. He stated, “that’s good bc we don’t haggle our prices and we do great work” … Joe dear, I did not ask you once to change your price. I shared I would be moving forward elsewhere so there was no need to draft up unnecessary documents. Wishing them well in their endeavors. I chose to put my money into a brown/black owned business where great work is executed as well. Hold the lip service.

They did a very good job repairing my car after it was side swiped while parked. I didn't give them 5 stars, however, because it took more than twice as long as quoted to complete the job, and it wasn't done correctly the first time. I was quoted 16 days to complete the job, but they had my car for more than twice that. I also had to bring the car back a second time for them to replace the wheel bearings that were damaged in the accident, but not repaired initially. I understand that working with State Farm insurance and supply chain issues were a factor in taking longer to make the repairs. But, it still took twice as long and I had to bring it back a second time at expense and inconvenience to myself. Otherwise, great job.
