Tech scratched all 4 rims when putting on new tires on my F150. They were symmetrical circles scratched in each rim about two inches from the outer rim. This was caused by the machine they used to pop off the old tires and put on the new ones. I spoke to the owner/manager, Jim, and he said he has seen this before because he had done this to a car in his younger years as a mechanic. He then said that his tech admitted to doing this and that he fired him. I didn't ask for him to be fired just that they replace my rims with the same ones or ones of my choice but, not costing more than the ones I had on. He said he would definitely do that because it was his fault. Well, he never paid for them, never even acknowledged my calls or texts after about the first month or two of trying to get this done. Jimmy was very nice and thorough with putting the computer on my car to find out what was wrong. He then Ecolab things to me in a patient manner.

I have never had an issue with SPSC. Both Jims are very nice and professional and always try to give me the best deals on repairs for my car. My boyfriend goes to them as well and always has a good experience with them. They WILL work with you as best as they can! And they also know me as the girl who blew up her boyfriend’s car so yeah...still love them! ????
