These guys did an outstanding job on an alignment & oil change, but one disappointment is that they rotated the tires without me authorizing that or asking for it. I had brand new ones on the front which are now on the back, so the tires with the better tread are on the back. I would say just always ask first about the rotation.
NTB is a life saver they were able to do my brake job after another mechanic were I had an appointment was unable. Rich smith is a professional manger with great customer service.
These guys got me in quick, patched my tire and had me on my way in no time! Ryan understood the importance of me getting my son to school and I getting to work. I had originally stopped in next door to Firestone since they opened first and the man there was the most unhelpful & rudest. They tried selling me 4 tires and they didnt even look to see if my tire was patchable. NTB will be my shop for new tires here soon!!!
