If I could give a tip 5 list on worst dealerships this would be number one on my list. This place has done nothing but lie and deceive me in the past 2 1/2 weeks. I went up there to buy a vehicle I loved the the car when I test drove it, they told me it has to be inspected and to give them a couple days and they would call me when it’s ready, I waited for over a week and I had to call them call them, they told me that it had to have some repairs done to it and it would be ready by the end I’ve the week I informed them that I had the check ready to go and asked if they could put the car ok hold they said okay no problem. The next day I look on the website and see the car had been sold and no one could give me an answer on why I wasn’t informed they sold the car. The call takers in Odenton MD were extremely rude and disrespectful and the car dealers are snakes I will never in my life deal with these people again and neither should you.
Best automotive repair shop in Ann Arundel county The owner is easy to work with and they are qualified to get things done
I contacted Steve to inquire about work on my car. He gave me one price and then went up within a matter of hours. All I asked him is how did the price change within the matter of hours. He got very nasty with me and raised his voice. He accused me of trying to argue with him, which couldn't be further from the truth. I was just trying to understand the sudden change in price. Anyway, he yelled at me and said that he don't even want the job. It was really unprofessional and it hurt my feelings. It makes me wonder if he would've talked to me the same way if I was a man asking the same question. We are in the middle of a pandemic and the fact that I questioned an increase in the price should not offend anyone to the point of yelling. All I can say is that I'm glad that he showed me now, rather than later.
