They had my car in the lot the ENTIRE business day and never even looked at it. No phone call, no update. No "sorry we can't look at you car today. " They told me, "just because you have an appointment, does not mean we may get to it."
One of the very best DOT stores for inspection services that I can think of in this day and age, they keep my Bus ???? on the road.
