Great place to get your vehicle repaired. They did a great job repairing my vehicle from the rear end collision I was in. They text you with where your vehicle is in the process which I found very helpful. Everyone was very friendly from scheduling all the way to pickup. Don't hesitate to take your vehicle there. Notice damage when I picked up my vehicle. Lady stated they would fix it after contacting my insurance company. Never heard back from her. Other than that, I’m happy with my repair.
From the time I dropped my car off for repair the service and interactions have been amazing. Bobbie is a pleasure to encounter at the front desk she even made the call to have Enterprise pick me up to go get my rental. Brianna made sure to keep my wife and I updated through out the process. She helped my insurance company get the numbers right when the payment they sent in wasnt enough. I did not encounter anyone else at Caliber but if everyone else is as efficent and friendly as Brianna & Bobbie you can't go wrong. Services: Tires, Painting, Body & Trim
