AAMCO Transmissions & Total Car Care

I took my car to this AAMCO and when I picked it up it was WORSE then when I brought it in!!! I would NEVER EVER recommend them to ANYONE!!! They are horrible!! UPDATE... After posting my review, I got an email from the owner/general manager...someone and wanted to "discuss" my review. He informed me that he wanted to help me resolve my issues with them. Well, after speaking with him AND having my certified Mercedes mechanic speak with him, I am even MORE pissed than I was before!!! I live in Chesapeake, Va and I understand that they call themselves trying to "help" me in my time of need however, they caused me further problems and aren't even trying to help me rectify the problem they ENHANCED. I paid to have them do a transmission maintenance, replace the transmission plate and some gaskets only to find out that the maintenance was not ENTIRELY done AND it seems like they contaminated my transmission fluid when they put it BACK in!!! Had my 2017 ford fusion surprise me with some serious transmission issues, Chuck has done very well at explaining the steps needed in this process.
