Great customer service very attentive of detail then update all.
Making an appointment was a breeze. The person that checked me in and out also made it a pleasant experience, as did the shuttle driver. However, my service appointment was at 9:30 am. I was told it would be 1.5 - 2 hours. After waiting at home 4 hours and not hearing from them, I text to request a status update. It took an additional 1.5 hours before the status was provided to me. My car wasn't ready until 3:20 pm. It wasn't until the next day that I noticed that they had also changed my license plate frames to their company's without asking
Pretty sure I spent more than necessary, but service personnel were very kind and car came back to me in great shape.
