Dropped my truck for a check engine light and explained everything it was doing. They claimed It needed alignment. Couldn’t fix the problem understandable, but the owner Wally was completely unprofessional. He assumed I was mad about them not figuring out my problem told me first to “lower my voice” then proceeds to tell me I can’t stand while he rights my ticket, because I’m hovering him and if i stand I’ll wait till he finishes his 5 tickets although I received a call to pick up my vehicle. The guy was so mad turning red and everything honestly believe he was embarrassed he couldn’t resolve the issue. So I went out to give him a second to cool off, when I went back in I tried to explain to him you can’t speak to customers like that, he then proceeds to tell me he usually has a woman doing this stuff so his actions should be justified. Was highly disrespectful as if I was his child on something. Long story short don’t waste your time with Mr.Tuff guy. Service: Auto engine diagnostic

They took my car for two weeks just to tell me they couldn’t find out what was wrong with it then kept it for another two weeks and told me they fixed it and they would call and let me know when to pick it up, the following Monday at the latest. When Tuesday came and I still heard nothing from them, I called and the owner was very rude and told me that they didn’t know what was wrong with my car and that it would probably take two more weeks to figure it out. He told me that no one told me that the car was ready even though he had “just came back from vacation.” When I told them I wanted my car back the owner told me that my entire car, doors, etc., was taken apart and on the ground and I wouldn’t be able to get it until whenever the mechanic had time to put it back together. I had already been using Uber for an entire month to get back and forth to work. Terrible communication within the company and worst mechanic experience I’ve ever had. Go at your own risk. Got a major tune up on my Mustang GT. The car runs likes its brand new again. Fast service they kept me aware of the completion of my vechicle. They even called me with a reduced price from what was originally quoted. Receptionist is very helpful and polite. Will definitely return in the future.
