This is a place where you can establish a trusting relationship, and be confident that the shop is taking proper care of your vehicle. I've been bringing my trucks here for regular service for a few years now, and have always had a good experience. You can typically find coupons for regular maintenance on the Midas site (oil changes, tire rotations, brake service, 30K mile service, and more), which always keeps the shop competitive. I haven't had any experience with poor service, and feel that Keith is honest with his diagnostics. The mechanics actually do good work, unlike so many others. The customer service here is the worst by far. I came a week ago to get two new tires a week later I have a bubble in my tire apparently they sold me a defective tire. I went to the shop to ask about this and they’re telling me that I have to buy a whole new tire after a week later of buying a new tire . The manager there called me a Martian when I asked if he was trying to rip me off because I was a female. I will never in my life return to a midias and I will never recommend them to anyone of my peers or colleagues. If I could give them zero stars I definitely would
